All sales are final. We do not offer any returns once payment is processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns and Exchanges (Exceptions)

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@belarabibooks.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has shipped. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
